Victor Jory Biography (1902-1982)
Born November 23, 1902, in Dawson City, AK; died February 11, 1982; son of Edwin and Joanna (Snyder) Jory; married Jean Innes; children: Jon.
CTFT learned that Jory was a boxer and wrestler and once held the title of Light Heavyweight Champion of British Columbia and won the wrestling and boxingchampionship of the National Guard in Monterey, CA. His son Jon is the artistic director of the Actors' Theater of Louisville in Kentucky.
