Robert Aldrich Biography (1918-1983)
Born August 9, 1918; died December 5, 1983; married Sibylle; children: (previous marriage) Adell, William, Alida, Kelly.
Aldrich's first job was as a production clerk for RKO Studios in 1941. He wasvice president and later president of the Directors Guild in the 1970's.
